Not everything is as it seems when you first enter the room and, as the timer starts counting down the sixty minutes you have to escape, team members scramble to find the clues that will help them solve this live-sized puzzle. Clock Locked manages to challenge even the brightest academic and will have your brain going into overdrive to finish in time. If you want to try something different with your group of friends, this escape room is the perfect team-building exercise and will actually make you feel accomplished – well if you managed to escape, that is.

The props really make it seem as if you’ve taken a step out of the 16th century with a few pieces coming straight from Da Vinci’s most famous accomplishments. If you were one of the many who enjoyed reading Dan Brown’s Da Vinci Code, this escape room will bring you into that world on a slightly smaller scale and will have you scratching your head, wishing you had Robert Langdon to help you on your escape. For those who have already attempted the room and want to try something new, Clock Locked has two other themed puzzles including a Dexter murder mystery case and a newly-opened Cleopatra arena where players will travel back to Ancient Egypt.

Every second counts when you enter a world brimming with creepy undertones which make it just that little bit harder to keep a cool head while completing the puzzles. ParaPark will take every brave player into an abandoned building with 60 minutes on the clock where you and your team will be left to your own devices – splitting up to cover more ground is always a good place to start.

With logic your best chance at escaping, you may want to bring along your best problem-solving buddies although, if you do get stuck on a particularly difficult part of the game, you can always ask for a clue to help your team out. ParaPark does limit your squad to five intelligent individuals (you can request six, but do so in advance), but their twin rooms will allow two different teams to battle it out in a head-to-head race against the clock.
